• Online personality structure assessments
• Personal analysis reports (available in three tiers: LITE / STANDARD / DEEP)
• Team structure analysis and enterprise configuration consulting

By using this website, you agree to abide by the following terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this service.

2. Non-Medical / Non-Therapeutic Disclaimer

All analysis results, reports, and recommendations provided by ME80 are structural reference information only. ME80 is not a medical tool, psychotherapy service, or psychiatric diagnostic system.

Specifically:

• Assessment results do not constitute a medical diagnosis or clinical evaluation
• Report content does not constitute psychotherapy advice
• System outputs do not replace the judgment of any licensed professional

If you are experiencing serious psychological distress, please seek help from a licensed counselor or psychiatrist.

3. User Responsibilities

By using this service, you agree that:

• You are at least 16 years of age
• You will provide honest responses to ensure meaningful results
• You understand that assessment and report results are for reference only, and you are responsible for your own decisions
• You will not use assessment results for discrimination, harassment, or other unlawful purposes
• You will not copy, resell, or publicly distribute ME80 report content without authorization
• You will not misuse, interfere with, hack, or reverse-engineer any part of this service

4. Intellectual Property

All content within the ME80 system, including but not limited to assessment questions, analytical models, report formats, chart designs, and written content, is the intellectual property of Metanergy Sdn Bhd. Please refer to the Intellectual Property Notice section below for details.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ME80 and Metanergy Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for:

• Personal, professional, or business decisions made by users based on assessment results
• Subjective misinterpretation of report content
• Service interruptions caused by network outages, technical failures, or force majeure events
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Significant changes will be announced on our website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms of service are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation; failing which, it shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

"ME80," "Max Energy," and related graphic marks are registered trademarks of Metanergy Sdn Bhd. Trademark registrations have been completed in the following jurisdictions:

3. Scope of Protected Content

The following content is protected by intellectual property rights and is the property of Metanergy Sdn Bhd:

• The ME80 personality structure analysis system and its underlying models
• Personality Bagua Chart, Energy Bagua Chart, Four-Circle Energy Bagua Chart
• 64 Emotional Hexagram Chart, 80 Emotional Hexagram Chart
• Assessment questions, algorithm logic, and scoring mechanisms
• Content structure and copywriting templates for LITE / STANDARD / DEEP reports
• Website copy, brand visual design, and graphic assets

4. Prohibited Activities

Without the prior written authorization of Metanergy Sdn Bhd, the following activities are prohibited:

• Copying, reposting, or publicly distributing any content from this website or reports
• Using system models, charts, or reports for commercial purposes
• Using content from this website for AI model training or data scraping
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or replicating any part of the system
• Implying any official affiliation with ME80 or Metanergy in any manner

5. Reservation of Rights

Metanergy Sdn Bhd reserves the right to pursue legal action against any infringement. Should any unauthorized use of our system content be discovered, we will take appropriate measures in accordance with applicable law.
